| How do I edit the information in my rental ad on LongBeachRental.net? |
|
There are two forms that hold all of the information for any ad. The Edit Page form
includes the address, descriptive text, amenities, property type, rental type and neighborhood information. The Edit Ad form contains the
rental rate, security deposit, and date available information. You can reach both forms from the MyProperties page.

| I do not like computers. Can I just fax you the information? |
|
Yes. You can print out this form - Place Rental Ad by Fax Form pdf - then
complete the form and then fax it back to us.

| Is there a charge for adding photos to my rental ad? |
|
No. There is no additional charge to add your photos to your Rental Ad on LongBeachRental.net. Once
you have your digital photos on your computer you can quickly upload the images on the Edit Property form.

| Can prospective renters view my Rental Ad at any time? |
|
Yes. An active ad with LongBeachRental.net means information about your properties is available to prospective renters 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Prospective renters can view your properties, check for showing times, and send email inquiries to you at any time, day or night.

| How do I get digital images for my ad? |
|
You can take pictures of your property with a digital camera and then upload them to our site under Add/Edit Property. You can take pictures with regular film and ask your developer to give you a set of digital images on a computer disk. We will also photograph your property for you at a nominal fee.

| How do I upload my property images to your site? |
|
